Breitling Named Official Watch Partner of Aston Martin – A Legacy of Speed and Design

Breitling has been announced as the Official Watch Partner of Aston Martin, formalising a collaboration rooted in more than a century of shared fascination with speed, engineering precision and design mastery.

The partnership will span design, engineering and motorsport, culminating in the launch of the first co-created timepiece in Q3 2026.

A Parallel Legacy of Speed

In 1907, Léon Breitling introduced the “Vitesse,” one of the earliest speed-measuring chronographs, capable of timing up to 250 mph or km/h. Around the same era in England, Lionel Martin and Robert Bamford were defining what would become Aston Martin at Aston Hill.

By the 1960s, both brands became cultural icons. The Breitling Top Time appeared on Sean Connery’s wrist in Thunderball (1965), while the Aston Martin DB5 cemented its legend in Goldfinger (1964). Together, they symbolised a fusion of elegance, speed and technological intrigue.

Motorsport & Formula One™

The partnership launches with the Navitimer B01 Chronograph 43 Aston Martin Formula One™ Team, marking Breitling’s renewed focus on racing and its alignment with the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One™ Team.

Future exclusive releases are planned across the partnership’s multi-year horizon, targeting collectors who appreciate mechanical excellence across both watchmaking and automotive domains.
