Chopard L.U.C Quattro Mechanical Watch

CHOPARD embraces the basics of traditional fine watchmaking with the classic L.U.C Quattro. The satin-brushed dial is an extraordinary greyish-green shade, evoking private gentlemen’s clubs and a formal air of elegance, yet with eccentric details, including the dial’s satin-brushed finish, Arabic numerals at 3 and 9 o’clock and the Super-LumiNova covered Dauphine fusée-type hands.

The movement, caliber L.U.C 98.01-L, has two pairs of stacked barrels for an incredible 216-hour (nine-day) power reserve. Despite this Quattro mainspring power, the movement is still ultra-thin, and the case is only 8.84 mm thick. This is a 50-piece limited edition in 18k white gold, with a 43 mm case. It is finished to Poinçon de Genève standards.

18k white gold, vertical satin-brushed middle, 43 mm diameter x 8.84 mm thick. Glare-proofed sapphire crystal front and back, polished bezel and caseback. Water resistant to 50 metres (5 bar/165 ft).
Dial
Grey-green dial with hand-crafted vertical satin-brushed finishing, applied rhodium-plated hour markers and numerals, opaline power reserve and snailed small seconds. Dauphine fusée-type hours and minutes hands enhanced with Super-LumiNova, rhodium-plated baton-type small seconds, date and power-reserve hands.
